The Cottage is nestled beside an amazing stretch of Spruce Creek. Since 1980, it served as the location where US President Jimmy Carter stayed when he visited the valley to fish.

The Covered Bridge is another historical landmark, literally built with help of President Jimmy Carter.

The Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, between seven bedrooms. There are 4x individual rooms, each with a full bed, 2x double rooms, each with two twin beds, & 1x upstairs loft with eight twin beds. Five full bathrooms compliment the lodging arrangements with 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs.

The property provides access to approximately 0.9 miles of private Spruce Creek stream with a electric golf cart to traverse the property.
